Maintenance fees are currently $200 per year.
Invoices for maintenance fees are sent to homeowners each year in March.
A $25 late fee will be charged if fees are not paid by April 30.

Maintenance fees are collected from homeowners to promote property values and support the health, safety, and welfare of the community and its residents.
Specifically,These fees may include:
Costs of enforcing the covenants, conditions, and restrictions
Administrative and business expenses
Maintenance of common areas such as the lake and park
Security services
Street lighting and repairs
Legal expenses
Insurance
Other purposes the HOA may deem to be in the best interests of Kipling Oaks
Bylaws – Article IV: Board of Directors
Section 4. Compensation — No Director shall receive compensation for any service rendered to the Association. However, any Director may be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.
